LADWP’s Comprehensive Affordable Multifamily Retrofits (CAMR) program requires projects consisting of 65 or more units comply with the program’s Skilled & Trained Workforce Requirements as follows:
• All electrical workers must be Skilled Journeypersons (SJP) OR DAS-registered apprentices
• At least 60% of the electrical skilled journeypersons employed to perform electrical work on the project by the contractor or its subcontractors must be graduates of an apprenticeship program
