The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power’s Comprehensive Affordable Multifamily Retrofits (CAMR) program requires compliance with CAMR Terms and Conditions regarding the use of licensed and skilled electrical workers paid at the Inside Wireman prevailing wage rate as required in CAMR’s Contractor Requirements.
